Dr. Steven Singer

Dr. Steven Singer is Broward County’s original fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologist. He has been practicing in South Florida since 1996. He specializes in treating children for ear infections, sleep disorders, hearing loss, tumors, nosebleeds and allergy.

He practices at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital where he was Chief of Surgery, Plantation General Hospital, the Memorial Healthcare System and the Surgery Center of Weston.

Dr.Singer returned to South Florida, where he grew up, after completing his fellowship training at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital , medical school at U.C.L.A. and undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania. He is married with two wonderful children (who helped put together this website). Dr. Singer speaks English and Spanish.

Marifran Ramaglia, AuD.

Audiologist

Dr. Marifran Crosley Ramaglia is a certified and licensed Doctor of Audiology, a member of American Speech, Language and Hearing Association and a member of the American Academy of Audiology. She has been with Pediatric ENT Associates for over 20 years where she loves working with our kids. From birth to early adulthood, she tests and diagnoses hearing and balance problems due to ear infections, trauma, syndromes, and heredity. She specializes in diagnosing hearing losses in children with special needs.

Marifran obtained her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D) from the University of Florida after graduating from the University of South Florida with a Master’s degree in Audiology and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences & Disorders with a minor in American Sign Language. Dr. Marifran began her career at Children’s Diagnostic and Treatment Center (CTDC) where she gained experience and a passion for working with hearing impaired and special needs pediatric populations.

Her playful attitude makes her a favorite among our patients. Dr. Marifran strongly feels that early detection of hearing loss in children is an important component in preventing problems with communication, learning and development. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family, volunteering for her local community and spending time outdoors.

Karen Chamorro, MA

Allergy

Our allergy technician/certified medical assistant, Karen, has been providing allergy testing for children for more than seven years. Her goal is to help our patients who suffer with allergic issues in order to improve their quality of life. Itching, sneezing, watery eyes, chronic cough, and nasal drip are among her specialties.

Karen was born in Nicaragua and raised in South Florida since the age of five. She comes from a very large family and is the mother of three wonderful children. Karen is fluent in English and Spanish.

Bonnie Calcasola, CMA

Practice Administrator

Bonnie has been instrumental to the success of Pediatric ENT Associates of South Florida since 1999. She has expert knowledge of surgical scheduling, navigating the insurance world, and practice management.

Molly Mussary, MMS, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Molly Mussary is a board certified Physician Assistant and an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Molly attended The University of Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology, with a specialization in exercise Physiology. She continued her education at Nova Southeastern University - Orlando where she obtained her Masters of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies.

Molly, born and raised in South Florida, discovered at a young age her passion of caring for others, specifically children. She strives to make our office a stress-free, fun experience for her patients. Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially her dogs.
